do you think PaRappa would be friends with everyone in the PlayStation All Stars cast?
*me staring at this comment, knowing full well that radec, sweet tooth, probably malice (evil cole,for those who are unaware), Zeus and mr bubbles (if angered) will willingly beat Parrapa into nothing if they so desired*
My boyfriend and I did a little collab together as he wanted to try and draw and colour but his hands gets a bit shaky when he holds pencils and as some of you may know it can be a little intimidating to draw when you see someone everyday who has practiced a lot to get a certain point that they can be called "good" at it. Not only drawing but in general. So we decided to make something together, he chose what we were gonna draw, i sketched and lined them and then he coloured them, I only helped with the tiniest corners where he felt a bit unsure (using my Copic Markers)^^ It was very fun and nice to do this with him 💕
Yesterday was a weird on, mostly because of a script I tried to add, that broke my project. And while trying to fix it, I broke it even more. So yesterday was mostly just recovering from that. Thankfully, the project is back on track. I also now have someone working on the project that is dedicated to modeling and stuff like that. He’s never modeled before, so this will be fun. I’ll have a post later today, on the progress we made, but for now, I have to get back to work.
After just a bit of messing around in unity, I got a base to start from. Right now, the game is going under the title “Operation Zelso” after my friend that does youtube under the name Zelso.
But that will probably change due to the fact that a quick Google search tells me that zelso is actually a state in Scandinavia. So that might be a problem. I got the gun model, hand model, and the cross hair scrip and texture from a guy on youtube (links to his youtube channel, and the kits he made that I got them from below.) And the grass texture was just taken strait off Google images.
Most of this is just a placeholder until the game is closer to compilation. The player movement script is just an edited prefab first person movement that comes with unity. I just upped the collision box so that the gun model wouldn't phase threw walls and stuff. I also upped the movement speed, because I wanted a doom like feel to the game, and the default movement speed felt to slow for that.
