Scared(Nightmare Freddy)
Meeting you for the first time and seeing your reaction was no surprise to him. Tears rolling down your cheeks as you scream in fear at his appearance. He is a monster crawling out from under your bed, after all.
But for some reason, he didn’t want to hurt you. Well, he never wanted to hurt you in the first place. For a long time, he has heard you waking up with tears running down your cheeks like waterfalls, all because of a nightmare. He wanted to make you feel better, help you sleep for once.
Really, he wasn’t sure what he’d expect after finally showing himself to you. He expected you to cry and scream in fear, but he felt sad about it.
Soon, your parents came in and he left just in time.
The next time he appeared, you didn’t cry. You were scared, obvious from your wide eyes and slowly crawling away from him, but he assured you once more.
Time and time again, he’d come out to talk to you to try to make you feel better. Of course, you got scared pretty easily by his appearance, but you tried really hard to get better at it. You tried to remind yourself that he was good and there to help you.
At some point, you hugged him in gratitude for helping you get back to sleep after a nightmare. He was so surprised. If he could cry, he would. Tears of happiness from feeling warmth once again. He was happy to be friends with you.
