What if we lived in a timeline where for thousands of years people having elective hysterectomies paired up with compatible recipiants who needed estrogen, like transwomen for example. And this was like a normal and fine and well understood practice. What if like doctors never were grossed out by the thought of bottom surgery but rather maybe even suggested it for patients experiancing bottom surgery. What if we had visable data they could show for effecacy of the procedure and would be willing and able to guide patients through that.

What if... We actually had healthcare to begin with?

We could literally end patriarchy by encouraging abortion of male fetuses. Not enough women will do it to erase the population.
