"Miss Navia?" The soft voice grabs his attention, and he peers up from the case he'd been reading over. The question takes him by surprise, admittedly, but it isn't unwelcome.

"I see no reason why not." And he must admit his curiosity. Both in trying something new with his hair, and his growing relationship with the president of the Spina di Rosula. Working with them more frequently has been rather fulfilling, he must admit. Navia in particular he finds to be admirable and resilient, if a bit headstrong. Needless to say, he respects her quite deeply.

A bit awkward, he shrugs off his outer robe - it's certain to get in the way. Then, he pulls the bow off from his hair so it hangs loosely down.

"I do?" Neuvillette can't quite mask the shock in his voice. But his expression softens, heart clenching in his chest at such a tender admittance. "What an honor, Miss Navia. I'm grateful to have such a privilege."

He takes one of her hands in his own, pressing a soft kiss to her knuckles.

"The sentiment is... shared. I'm happy you've chosen to know me." A light blush colors his cheeks as he glances away. Vulnerability is not a strong point of his, but he'd be hard pressed to simply accept such a kindness and offer nothing in return. "Few people have attempted to do so. I'm lucky you've chosen to."
