Die Liebe aber ist kein ängstlicher Vogel, der beim ersten Wedeln einer Hand das Weite sucht.
Love, however, is not an anxious bird that seeks the distance at the first waving of a hand.

Review: The Storytelling Animal: It’s a vegan cookie of a read. Light, sweet and kinda ok. The Wisdom of Insecurity: Yes! Aged well and provided me with an unexpected insightful perspective on religion. Damascus Nights: Yeeeees! I’ve always loved middle eastern storytelling. This is a delicious one.
Előfordulhat, hogy elfelejtem valakinek a nevét, vagy azt, hol, mikor és miért ismertem meg, de azt soha nem felejtem el, hogy rokonszenves volt-e, vagy sem.

December 30: December Reading Recap
Wow, December was an amazing reading month for me! I only realise this now seeing all those books together. 9 books! And tomorrow, I plan on reading “Der Wunschpunsch” by Michael Ende (in English called “The night of wishes”). So that would be 10 books.
On the left are all audiobooks I listened to (well, the books of the audiobooks. And except for The Dark is Rising which I do not have an audiobook of). Additionally, I managed to read 3 of my 4 Christmas present books.
||June BPC: Just One Word|| 29. Recap. Here’s what I read this month! It was pretty solid, I think. Not pictured here is the Joker graphic novel, cuz I borrowed it, and that awkward lil thing on the bottom is a third printing of The Killing Joke, cuz I’m pretty sure it’s unreadable. Some excellent things this month, honestly. Damascus Nights was superb, After Dark was phenomenal, The Blind Owl was a trip, and I loved the Monsters of Verity (but ouch).
