I was not all that invested in this plot line, but holy wow?? did this make me emotional. remembering what their relationship was like when Sisko and Kira met, remembering what DS9 and Bajor were like at the beginning of the series, their position in the universe, and now… they’ve come so far.

People throw fruit at Quark and Odo to get them to stop making out all the time in public.   Kira marries Keiko, Keiko is like finally sheesh took you long enough for you to pick up on that, and now Kira has a forever family.  

the federation questions the ability of holosuites to accidentally create sentient life every so often
