I made buttermilk bread the other day, it was delicious. I managed to get my hands on a pound of yeast so pandemic baking is finally happening. I can and do make quick breads but they just don’t compare to yeast breads.
This loaf was so soft, so delicious. It’s a rainy, dreary day here but I think I’m going to make another loaf of bread. I have some aggression to work out, kneading bread is great for that.
