How do you deal with the rage, don't have aspd but im always pissed off and wanting to kill people, I just need ideas on how to cope with my anger cause working out, meditating doesn't seem to work. I keep having urges to let go, to lose it.
I wanna be myself, but I can't, I have to be chewable to others and if I tell anyone thinking about killing others calms me down they'll see me as a monster. I hate the lack of control, I hate people will then use that against me. It makes me feel helpless which pisses me off more.

Weightlifting
Sledgehammer workouts (such as hitting tires or sandbags, unless you should stay away from potential weapons)
Combat sports
Rage rooms
Sprinting/suicides/army drills/hill runs
Manual labor (such as chopping wood or digging, again unless you should stay away from potential weapons)
Tactical Outlets (feel in control)
Target practice or archery (unless weapons blah blah)
Strategy-based video games
Escape rooms
Puzzle games
Mental Activities
Write revenge fantasies or brutal stories
Make intense, graphic art
Mock shit on camera like interviews (I think this is fun)
Etc
Argue online
Cold showers/ice baths/dunk your face in ice water (basically turns your nervous system off and on again)
Headphones + loud and aggressive music
Fucking clean. Aggressively
If you have a car, (safely) drive to an empty lot and yell, beat on your steering wheel, turn your music all the way up, etc
