the glowverse masterlist
so i may or may not have too many four swords au's. here's a masterlist of all the ones that i can remember off the top of my head. some of them are au's of au's, and it'll be noted as such. also most of these are rp's so Yeah.
All of these are stemmed (at least in part) from Rainbow AU. In this AU, the Link in Minish Cap, Four Swords, and Four Swords adventures are all the same. This is because at the end of FS, Link is sealed into the Four Sword alongside Vaati. The events of Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess come to pass, and it is Shadow Link who draws the Four Sword at the beginning of FSA. Their time with Vaati has ripped every memory from the Colors, giving them amnesia so thorough that words and common sense have been evaporated.
Four Squared: Two versions of Four meet up. Chaos follows as the era of two wielders of the Four Sword begins, whether the world is ready or not.
Patchwork: Three sets are put in a dungeon together. One set is Red and Zelda, one set is Vio and Green, and the last is Blue and Shadow. The three sets are forced to become one.
Mishmash: Patchwork AU spinoff. All the Colors from one set reunite after the dungeon rather than going off with their new sets.
Foursaken: Four wakes up in an entirely different era where there's already a hero of the Four Sword... who barely acts better than an ungoverned toddler thrown out on the side of the road. He sees to fix this injustice.
Fourgotten: Foursaken AU spinoff. Four wakes up with amnesia, and it is the Colors who are barely better than toddlers themselves who have to deal with 2 Ganons roaming free, possession, three Zeldas... and a whole lot of chaos.
Corruption: There are many issues that stem from putting the literal embodiment of darkness into the vessel of your soul. Now the Colors have to work to find a way to ensure their continued survival without freeing Ganon.

Diminished Fourtitude: Link from the Minish Cap gets sent to the events of FSA and is put in charge of four amnesiac Colors.
Elemental Convergence: The Colors wake up as elder dragons in the New World of Monster Hunter.
Creechur: Technically a Four Squared spinoff. The cult from Four Squared snatches the Colors immediately after Shadow pulls the Four Sword.
Time Loop: Blue and Vio wake up and have to run through the events of Ocarina of Time. Red and Green, meanwhile, race against time in the events of Majora's Mask.
Mac and Cheese: Mishmash AU spinoff. The Colors are teleported to New Hyrule by Vaati's ghost and are dropped onto Zelda and Spirit Tracks Link. Chaos ensues.
Dream AU: Technically a Four Squared spinoff. Ever since Link was little he's had dreams of talking to an older version of himself. AKA the Link from Minish Cap gets to talk to Rainbow AU Link via dreams, hooray!
Reincarnation AU: Zelda curses Green, and an injury turns to an infection and kills him. Four years later, the Colors find a young boy that they know, deep down, is their reincarnated brother.
