WHAT IF I MADE IT WORSE GUYS
cluster au is very fun xdd @loop-lover-central
Rose doesn’t seem to trust hospitals huh?
Draws @cluster-steven-au again, because I love the blog.
So I got inspired to make a fan Fusion again!
This time I fused my Rainbow with @cluster-steven-au Steven!
At first I wasn’t sure if I should take a completely black gem for these two colorful guys but the meaning of this gem sold me!
Hope u enjoy!
Gem meaning for anyone interested!
Cluster AU:
Kiyotakas and Mondos from different universes and AUs all get magical taken and transported to the same universe. Now their are tons of different versions of Kiyotaka and Mondo stuck in the same place forced to help each other get back to their respective universes. Even though each Kiyotaka and Mondo are relatively similar to others they all have different stories that somewhat changes them. No story is the same when it comes to different versions of Kiyotaka and Mondo’s rivalry, friendship, and love.
Okay, hear me out…
an AU where Corruption happens BUT Rose couldnt save herself or any of her CGs, so no surviving CGs are spared
BUT Lapis is still trapped in the mirror (cracked but not corrupted), && Peridot is still assigned the (easy) Earth mission to check on the Cluster, where she easily spots an abandoned hand mirror with a suspicious design at Earth’s Galaxy Warp Pad…
thoughts?
I have a story idea where the Crystal Gems end up losing to Homeworld, and the Gems have to take as many humans with them to evacuate to another planet - but the ship they use is too small, and they have to leave people behind. Greg volunteers himself to stay on Earth, because that’s where he had met and lost Rose, and that he would feel out of place in space anyway. Steven, however, doesn’t want to leave his dad behind, so he decides to stay with him. The other Gems try to stop him, but he ends up staying behind. The cluster activates, and all life on earth is destroyed.
Decades later, the Crystal Gems have dispersed across the galaxy, becoming guardians for different planets from Homeworld’s rapidly increasing empire and recruiting more Gems to help them with their missions.
One night, Pearl chooses to take her ship under the cover of night and fly across space aimlessly, still lost in her grief. However, Peridot hasn’t repaired it yet, causing takeoff to be shakier than usual. Boxes tumble over, spilling out various items from all those years ago: a ukulele, a red shirt with a yellow star on it, a few discarded Cookie Cat wrappers, a music box…
Hit with old memories, Pearl makes her way to the items, picking each of them up and putting them neatly back into their cardboard container, just like she would back then when Steven’s junk pile would get too out of hand back at the temple.
Then she picks up the music box.
She’s never seen it before. It’s a simple one, made of wood, with Rose’s - no, Steven’s - gem engraved onto the top. She turns the metal knob tentatively, almost dropping it as a familiar tune plays, like a ghost, like an echo from good times.
And it was an echo from good times. Pearl began to sing.
“We were the crystal gems, we’d always save the day… and if you thought we couldn’t, we’d always find a way that’s why the people of that world had believed in Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl… And Steven…”
She hugged the box close, feeling, for the first time in a century, truly happy. Sad, but happy. Sappy?
“Oh, Steven…”
Somewhere, in another universe, in another place, a little boy smiled.
