Dear instagram, Did you miss my workout videos? Cuz they're back (if you didn't notice). #muscleups into #ringdips. Heavy #deadlift doubles. and of course some #dancing. For the last 6 months training and diet were very touch and go. And not like "oh yeah so you only trained 5 days a week har har" more like I was lucky to do 1 workout a week for a while there, and ice cream was a legit staple. Feels great to be back on track and back to the grind with the #raincitysquad & classes with #rathletes...
