Dear instagram, Did you miss my workout videos? Cuz they're back (if you didn't notice). #muscleups into #ringdips. Heavy #deadlift doubles. and of course some #dancing. For the last 6 months training and diet were very touch and go. And not like "oh yeah so you only trained 5 days a week har har" more like I was lucky to do 1 workout a week for a while there, and ice cream was a legit staple. Feels great to be back on track and back to the grind with the #raincitysquad & classes with #rathletes... I think the Walgreen's drive thru is fucking with sick people today. I was told to return at 2 to get a script. It's 3. I pulled up and she said it wasn't ready yet, but I should drive around the building a few times and it would be. When I got back to the line it looked like she was telling everyone else to do the same. Is she drinking my cough syrup and using my inhaler?
