I took an afternoon nap arnd 2pm but end up waking up at 11pm....
Iftar is at 6.26 pm....
Now I’m ridiculously hungry 🤦🏻♀️

me few hours after breaking fast: "what's up with this tension headache.. arrrgghh me head and me neck!!!"
*Went to my bedroom passing the dinner table* *noticed my water glass is still on there* *realized I only drink a glass of water for the whole day*
IT MAKES SENSE.. I AM DEHYDRATED
ramadan has given me dry yucky lips . sigh
