Eid Mubarak!
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Today we bid a bittersweet farewell to a month of peace, Ibaadah and fasting. May this day be a joyful day, filled with the blessings of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala, and the presence of loved ones. Eid Mubarak to you and your…

Salaams, hope everyone had a lovely #Eid. Sadly #Ramadhaan has come and gone, but #Allah remains, as He always has and always will. We must remember that we are to worship Him in all of the other months besides Ramadhaan too. That being said, we must remember that with the departure of Ramadhaan, comes the release of Shaytaan. So let us be vigilant and strong, keep our guard up against our open enemy. He will come left, right and centre at us to make whatever good we did in Ramadhaan go to waste. Let us not allow him to do so, rather when he tries to attack us, let it be us who lands the knockout blow on him. We shouldn't allow any momentum we have built in Ramadhaan come to a sudden halt, rather let us keep it going and allow it to build and grow. All the good habits and practices we have picked up or increased in, such as reading Qur'an, praying #Salaah, fasting, giving charity etc. then let's try to keep it going. Any bad habits we used to do but left out during the month, let us cut it out completely. Inshaa'Allah once we do this, we will have truly captured the spirit of Ramadhaan and every day will become a Eid. https://www.instagram.com/p/CAnpxjkAXdp/?igshid=23o4ksj1tl9n
Waking Up in a State of Janaabah does not Nullify the Fast - Dr Zakir Naik
Tips for the last 10 days and nights of Ramadhaan.
Praise be to Allaah the Most High, and peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad and upon all his family and companions.
Firstly we need to understand that the Laylat ul Qadr (Night of decree/honour) which is one of the nights in the last ten nights of Ramadhaan, isn’t known to us. It can be in any of the last ten nights. Allaah has concealed this night so that we strive to seek it, and we strive hard in worship. So try to put the same amount of effort in the first of the last ten nights as you would in the last of the ten nights.
Don’t eat too much when breaking your fast.
Have a light iftaar. If you eat too much you’ll feel lazy and tired so the sensible thing would be to have something light and easy which will not diminish or reduce the amount of worship you can engage in.
Put extra effort in the last ten nights.
Not to disregard the importance of worshiping Allaah in the days but it is called Al Layl (The Night) for a reason, so try to keep your nights as free as possible to spend in worship. To stay up in the night in worship is a means of a person becoming honourable, this is because “Qadr” is veneration of honour.
Make lots of duaa.
If it helps then make a list of each thing you want to make duaa for & be consist with it throughout the last ten days. What Allaah has can never be decreased so ask till your hearts content, indeed Allaah is Generous in ways we cant even comprehend.
You should make this well known duaa throughout these these last ten nights,
الْلَّهُمَّ اِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Transliteration: Allaahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibb al-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni
Translation: O Allah, You are Pardoning, and You love pardon, so Pardon me).
There are other duaas here (X) that you can make/read aswell.
Increase in Remembrance of Allaah and sending peace & blessings upon the prophet.
Recite even more Quraan.
Make lots of istighfaar (Astaghfirullaah).
Recite Tasbeeh (Subhaan Allaah), tahmeed (al hamdu Lillaah) & takbeer (Allaahu akbar) as often as you can.
Send peace and blessings upon upon the prophet as often as possible. This increases our rewards and is a means of expiating our sins. [source]
Pray night prayers.
Don’t miss out on this. The Taraweeh/Qiyaam al layl prayer is from the most rewarding of Sunan prayers.
The messenger of allaah said,
مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا, غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ
Whoever prays during the night in Ramadhaan out of sincere faith and seeking its reward from Allaah, will have all his previous sins forgiven. [Bukhaari (2009), Muslim (759]
Increase the amount you recite in your night prayers and make lots of duaa while you’re in sujood (prostration).
Attain the likeness in reward of Hajj and ‘Umrah.
It was narrated that the prophet said “Whoever prays Fajr in congregation then sits remembering Allaah until the sun rises, then prays two rak’ahs, will have a reward like that of Hajj and ‘Umrah, complete, complete, complete.”
[Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (586) - Classed as Hasan by Shaykh al Albaani and Ibn Baaz رحمهم الله]
After youve prayed Salaat al Fajr, do not leave your place of prayer. Engage in adhkaar as sabaah (morning remembrance) you can click on this link (X) and theres a PDF you can download which has morning and evening adhkaar. You can also recite Quraan, glorify and praise Allaah, even make duaa, but the purpose is to not engage in anything unnecessary and to remain in a state of worship, in a state of remembrance of Allaah the Most High. After the sun has risen (just check your phone for the time of sunrise), then wait approximately 15/20 mins then you pray 2 Rakaats and Insha Allaah you will have implemented this sunnah and attained the rewards of Hajj and Umrah.
In usual circumstances this is specif to those who pray in congregation at the masjid but the intention here is key, if you're someone who would’ve gone to the masjid or would’ve wanted to go, then In shaa Allaah you will have the attained this reward. And Allaah knows best.
May Allaah grant us the ability to actualise & implement on these tips.
