Bare bones HSD2 demo is DONE!!!

Time to back up ma shit!!! 😆Also, I think I'll give it a week without touching the file (work on other things....sigh. There are plenty of things to work on too SIGHHH).

But we're looking really good for a May or first week of June release!!!

I wish I could go back in time and tell 2023 me that she was going to figure it out, she just needed the extra time for game 2 to come to her when it was ready. Oh, and that it's okay that it didn't get to come out this year like she planned.

Y'all, I really thought I could release HSD 1 in 2022, take a couple months off, and then hop right back into game development and pump out a sequel and have that release fall/winter of this year!

Anyhoo...

HSD2 demo is coming up, TKD is hooooopefully coming up sooner, [redacted] sequel is looking like it might get worked on this year like I wanted, annnnnnd then...idk yet 🤣

listen I’m tipsy so im spilling my guts a little here

Tonight my friend and i FT’d and toasted to Kenny Omega. My friend recently lost his step dad and I’m alone for the holidays. Forgive us if our only respite is wrestling these days.

10 years since Anything in Return. Thinking of who I was 10 years ago is overwhelming. I don’t regret the path I’m on, I just wish 24 year old me knew the things 34 year old me knew.

We still want the same things. It just took me ten years to realize that. Now the person who I thought I was going to marry at 24 is married to someone else and I’m single in an entirely different state. Switched up my genders a bit too. Life comes at you fast.

I want home. I want to be home. 2024 maybe my last year in this state. I’m one foot in and one foot out. I thought I’d be more financially secure, I thought I’d have found the love of my life. Have a home that I could invite all the wayward misfits, freaks and outcasts to come and find family too. None of that has manifested. So I’m washing my hands and going out with a bang.

2024 I’m out the door. Saluting to an absolutely incredible time here and looking forward to my next adventure - we had a good run.

I don’t want this to feel ominous, I’m on antidepressants and a good amount of microdosing so I’m in a better headspace then I was when toro y moi released this album.

I’m just simply acknowledging that moving to the west coast was beneficial in so many ways except the ways I needed it to be so Alfonzo and i are ready to pack our bags and hit the road come 2025 maybe.

It’s rather an embarrassment of riches trying to make Dany fanart and realizing the issue is that she has so many titles and claims they don’t all fit. She’s making me (and the world) work for these graphics - as befits a queen.

Hey! So it’s been a while since I’ve done one of these ( ... or ever have, maybe?) but I have picked up a few followers since I started playing with graphics and gifsets a bit more.

So, welcome! This blog is a bit of a catch all for my various hi-jinks online. It’s part fan musings, part art/graphic dumping ground and part RP bits and pieces but I’m totally cool and very down for folks to jump aboard, hit me up for conversations or whatever you like. I’m a bit of a Kit Harington / Jon Snow obsessive (hence, the username) but there’s also a decent amount of general Thrones, Brooklyn 99, The White Queen, misc Tudor history and other things that catch my eye, too.

I’m a rather inadequate blogger and come and go a bit but visitors and comments make me super happy. <3

So I got paid today and it was not even enough to pay my ticket. I ended up having to borrow another 200 bucks from my boss so I can pay for everything. UGH Which means I wont have any money for like the next month at least.

On a happier note, I met this girl today. She came in for dinner and we were so dead it was just her for so long. We talked for ever, man. And maybe we will get to chill sometime because I need a friend DAMNIT. She likes Doctor Who and Fall Out Boy(we literally talked about fall out boy for like at least half the time. LOL) idk. It made me happy that someone actually talked to me like a person and not like I owe something to them. YAY for nice people :D
