One of my favourite ramen outlets to dine at whenever i’m hankering for a fulfilling bowl of flavourful broth and noodles, @tsutasingapore has recently launched their brand new Tori Paitan Soba (chicken ramen), which comes in both original and spicy options! 🍜 🍜 . . . What I really love about the ramen there is that the soup isn’t over oily and the taste of the chicken is really imbued into the the dashi broth as it is made with chicken bones and feet, diligently boiled for five hours to extract the collagen and natural goodness out of the bones into the broth! As an added bonus, the teriyaki chicken thigh was nicely seasoned and managed to give the broth a slight smoky finish! Should you like your ramen with a little spice in it, opt for the spicer option which is sure to be a comforting dish on a rainy day! (Because the weather is getting so crazy nowadays 🌧) . . . While waiting for the ramen, dig into the various new side dishes such as their Edamame and Yaki Gyoza as you wait for the main star to arrive (about 15 minutes), but you can’t rush perfection in a bowl can you? 😋😋😋 . . . . Once the main courses are dealt with, opt for a sweet finish to your meal with their Matcha Bavaro dessert that is sure to melt in your mouth and astound you with the flavour combo! The new dishes will be unveiled at Tsuta tomorrow, 29th June, so if you’re wondering what to eat for lunch or dinner- head down to Tsuta to try their new dishes tomorrow! . . . . #ramenfever #ramenfeverneverstops #tsuta #tsutasg #tsutasingapore #instagood #instafoodie #instafoodies #instasg #ramenislife🍜🍜 (at Tsuta Singapore)
