A rich and tasty Ramly Burger recipe with warm, juicy beef patties, melted cheese, fried eggs, and a variety of fresh toppings served on a toasted bun. Just what you need to satisfy your burger cravings!
Ingredients: 4 beef burger patties. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 eggs. 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. 1/4 cup of ketchup. 1/4 cup of chopped onions. 1/4 cup of chopped lettuce. 1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes. 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber. 4 tablespoons of butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the beef patties. For medium-rare or any other level of doneness you like, cook the patties for three to four minutes on each side. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a different pan while the patties are cooking. In a pan, fry the eggs until the yolks are set but still a little runny. Grill or pan-sear the burger buns until they are lightly browned. Put the burgers together: Add a fried egg to the top of each patty after adding a slice of cheese. On the bottom half of each bun, spread mayonnaise and ketchup. After putting the cooked patty with cheese and egg on the bun, cover it with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. To finish the burger, put the top half of the bun on top of the fillings. Add your favorite sides and serve hot.
