But it's not until I see the tired yet cheerful eyes of my waiter that I realize that aging isn't all that bad. Time puts things in perspective, brings out the little details and flavors of relationships, conversations and yes, food. I look up and all I can hear is the sizzling plate in front of me and my eyes bump politely into the old man's eyes. I open my mouth to take a bite and the aged fat flavor shoots straight across my brain. Pleasure. There is no other place I'd rather be. #hermosillo #ranchoel17
