How would sign language work in zootopia?

Not everyone has fingers and even if they do there isn't a consistent amount of fingers to try and use sign language.

Also too many animals have too many differences for there to be a constant one, which means they will have to learn all or most different sign languages.

Mind you lots of animals sign language can over lap like horses, donkeys and probably elephants too. But then again you have asl, bsl and Australian sign language which are arias with the same spoken language but different sign.

Wtf would snake sign language be? 

Also, also you know those little boxes that have the sign translations on the news and stuff? Do you think they have like, at least 10 versions of that in zootopia?

- my sister has come up with a good possible work around with this though bc she said that different t.vs could have different animal settings and it can come up with relevant sign for it. But I don't think it's full proof

this is the hour of the night that i'm like jasmine, with tanned skin and emeralds on me but the thing is, i am not enclosed in a tower where i can't breathe but within a jungle of my thoughts where i can be my queen

this is the hour of the night that i'm like belle but the thing is, the beast is not hidden behind walls and leaves, but within the mirror where i see it staring back at me

this is the hour of the night where i seem to be aurora but the thing is, i am not lost in my sleep and breathing without living, but flying beyond my limits and believing and seeing

this is the hour of the night where i seem to be rapunzel but the thing is, i am not locked inside the tower and guarded by a dragon, but on a mountain high above the flames of envy and greed below

this is the hour of the night where i am like mulan, but the thing is, i am not bothered with the water's reflection of me, but strengthened by every sunlight i see

and the clock struck 12 and i have to run run until my princesses fades into the rising sun soon, i'll have my hour back again soon, i'll have my princesses again but next time, it'll now be me.

and as the hour continues to breathe by seconds i ran until my princesses hides themselves soon they'll be back soon,  they'll be back but this time, it'll now be me
