Sometimes I wonder why I’m obsessed with 2Doc so much. But then I remember I grew up on these guys..
(Btw the wolf from “nu pogodi” looks like Murdoc’s Fursona. Also their personalities are very alike + both are equally fruity).

Have you ever wondered how it would feel to have the top most read/kudo/bookmarked fic would be like. Like the creme of the creme of fics? Uno number one of your top pairing?
In Random Tuesday Thoughts...
My spider bites have downgraded from maybe going to urgent care to can they just stop itching already. :( Swollen and gross come to mind too. Forever the most sensitive skin in the world.
We are still living our best pumpkin patch lives. I am determined to make these season passes worth every penny.
The kids got to spend Friday evening playing with their cousins. Always makes me smile to see how much lovin’ their older cousins put into them.
While I am still waiting for the weather to feel like fall, the house is feeling festive with pumpkins and fall color flowers. This is literally my favorite time of the year.
Noah got his school pictures back yesterday. Why does he look so grown up?!?!
On another note, Noah got approved for speech therapy services through insurance. We are still going to keep his private speech therapist so we can get in more sessions a week. We are excited for the day when speech therapy sessions won’t fill his weekday afternoons.
I can‘t wait to hear the song Taylor writes (wrote) about getting her masters back ☺️
i wonder what kind of music people are reminded of when they think of me
Some random thoughts as I'm stuck at the office
I read a Buzzfeed list today of "things only children do/did" and yeah, a lot of that list is me. Especially gravitating towards adults as a child at gatherings because the kid chaos was too overwhelming.
Am involved in a project at work, spearheaded by me, to re-org and clean up our digital files and if you'd asked me 15, 20 years ago that I'd find this type of project satisfying (oh, good file structure and deleting stuff!) I would have been deeply offended.
Random memory/thought popped into my head - remember being a kid and people asking you what you wanted to be when you grew up and, like, the absolute validity of wanting to be a doctor and a lawyer and a dancer and singer and an actress and a firefighter all at the same time. How come I can only pick one? Indeed.
We are having our kitchen updated with new counters, back splash, sink and sink accoutrements and I'm SO EXCITED!! Also, September is gonna be rough in terms of not having access to a working sink or ability to cook. But it'll be worth it. No more pocked porcelain tiles, no more grotty grout and no more ugly, textured wallpaper!
I'm enjoying my Gravity classes - for August and September am signed up for two classes a week. Since you really should be weight training 3 days a week if you want to make improvements, I'm holding myself to Monday weight workouts at home. I should be able to manage one day a week of my little circuit.
Am coming up on my 20th (whaaaat?) work anniversary. Told @painedbrain that I'd like to go to dinner day-of since it'll be a Saturday. Granted, our last weekend of having a kitchen for awhile but I'd like to mark the occasion. Dude. I remember when I started here and learning about people who had so much accrued vacation that they were getting "use it or lose it!" notices and having months worth of sick leave and thinking, how does that even happen? And now I'm one of those people. Weird.
We are re-watching The Golden Girls and not only does it stand up, the issues they were tackling are still timely. Plus, pre-cell phones and social media - the autonomy of all of the characters is rather refreshing. And many of the jokes land differently now that I'm 51, not 13.
Grumpy Gripe: Ao3, love the site and actually prefer reading stories over there, buuuuut. Comments, they go to my inbox. I don't get many to begin with, so it's not a huge deal, but I wish it told you which chapter they were commenting on. Someone wrote something sweet today, about how they "read this chapter over and over" and I don't know which one they are referring to! I have to go back through 23 chapters and hunt down the comment and I must have missed it, cause I still didn't see it.
Also, I had like 5 comments in my inbox today- which is probably the most I've had in a single day, and I really had to hype myself up and chant positive affirmations like "please be nice, please be nice," before I could bring myself to open them. Just, shout out to everyone brave enough to leave comments on, because it is not easy putting your stuff out there for people to judge.
Well, our rainy season is upon us here in the Pacific Northwest. It's been major downpours several days in a row, with intermittent sunshine. I know, right? See
Is it just me, or has this been a long week already? At least Tuesday happens to be one of the best days to gEt RaNdoM... no lie! #RTT #RandomTuesdayThoughts #RandomTuesday #RandomTuesdayThoughtsRebel
