Sabina's Ranger companion, Eamoc! More info under the cut :^)

About a year after Thaos's defeat, Sabina developed a close bond with a stag called Eamoc, whom she received as a gift from the Glanfathan tribes of Twin Elms. As the years passed, Eamoc's presence was instrumental in repairing Sabina's soul post-awakening, and as their two souls became intertwined, he became her ranger companion. After Caed Nua was destroyed, Eamoc was found carrying Sabina's hollow body on his back, and he followed as they set a course for Eothas.

While he loves Edér for the head scritches he gives, Eamoc does not care for Aloth, and no one (Sabina included) can understand why. It also took Eamoc quite some time to find his sea legs 😅

my large cat man, a recently playable race called a tabaxi, recently lost his giant weasel companion

so...in response

he spent 8 hours, without sleep, doing the ranger ritual to summon a new animal companion...

which is Sebastian the Giant Centipede

and that’s how we ended, with everyone waking up to their giant catman friend with a giant centipede on his back

Eamoc Part 2, Electric Boogaloo ✨

At first, Eamoc didn't feel anything particularly strong towards Xoti one way or the other. However, once Xoti began feeding him his favorite snack, Palohe Nuts, they became fast friends and he was often seen at her side (when he wasn't at Sabina's). How Xoti knew Eamoc's favorite snack may or may not have something to do with Maia asking Sabina what it was as a "personal favor" ;)

Given how different Aloth and Iselmyr are and Eamoc's distaste for the former, you'd be forgiven for thinking Eamoc might get along better with the latter. You would be mistaken. While usually Eamoc is content to simply huff and side-eye Aloth, Iselmyr's more... confrontational nature has come very close to an all out brawl between the two, much to Aloth's terror.

Being from Eir Glanfath, Eamoc felt especially comfortable around Serafen, whose presence reminded him of home. For Serafen's part, he figured he could do worse than have a great horned beast as a friend, especially when that beast was willing to help him reach new heights, as it were.

Class: A Good Fox (TM)

Sylvanus is a small red fox who is the companion to Atarah. He’s not the brightest but he’s eager to please and very energetic. Like Atarah, he was stolen from his home as a kit but has a new family now with these strange creatures.
