For this, I’m unsure but I think that Rantaro has slept with a fair share of people. He seems like the type of guy to be very experienced in relationships. I don’t know much about him, especially not any trust issues he might have, so I think he would be able to trust someone enough to do the deed with them.
I headcanon Rantaro to cherish each past lover he has had in the past, though there are no more romantic feelings for them, he still cares for them as a friend and would always be willing to help.
N. what is your muse like in bed?
I think Rantaro would be pretty gentle and soft with you in bed. Sex with Rantaro is much more intimate. You’re both loving each other the entire time, there is no other feeling that isn’t love. That being said, he may be gentle with you, but if you beg for him enough, he’s not afraid to go rough on you.
Rantaro enjoys exploring your body, each crevice and scar, he never forgets about each one. So if you were ever to develop another scar, mole, or stretch mark, he would always notice and be extremely excited to play with your skin to see how it reacts to his touch. He kisses each one individually. He probably even has names for them-

Rantaro’s kisses are very soft and slow, each kiss is him trying to remember the moment, and to drill the moment in his mind. So if you ever try and peck him on his lips and go, he’d pull you back to hold you tenderly and kiss you longer than a mere peck.
I think his lips would be pretty soft, like frighteningly so. It’s always a very pleasant experience when you kiss him, he’s always touching the right spots on your body when he kisses you, which amplifies the experience. His kisses are always filled with longing and just plain happiness; he’s always just so happy to be kissing you. He’s always trying to make the moment last, so it takes some time for him to finally let you go from his lip-lock.
I don't know why, but I really like the idea that, if Ryoma survived longer, he and Kiibo might become good friends. They would be the only ones, aside from Kokichi, who question the dumb desicions of the cast. Also, Ryoma avoids the cast while Kiibo is ignored by it. Ryoma could teach Kiibo how to act like a real human and how to play tennis while Kiibo's kind nature could pull Ryoma out of his depression. I know this would be really unlikely due to them having almost no canon interactions.
Idk if Kiibo would be able to pull Ryoma out of depression... one of the big things for Ryoma is that you have to be persistent with him to get him to actually open up abt what's bothering him aside from Being Alive and Kiibo doesn't seem like the type to meddle... and while I love him I think Kiibo is average when it comes to kindness?? He's not a ray of sunshine like Ibuki or anything. Idk I'm not really seeing it...
Honestly, I think Rantaro would be a better match to help out Kiibo with being more human than Ryoma. Rantaro is helpful by nature, doesn't distrust Kiibo and even talks him up to Kaede, and as someone who's been around the globe he could offer a very broadened perspective of humanity and culture- maybe not as much as Kork, but still a fair bit. Rantaro also just seems a lot more open to being friends with Kiibo than the rest of the cast besides maybe Kaede/Miu.
As for Ryoma, Kaede is actually a pretty good match since she's both persistent and overly kind so she could theoretically help him (and sorta does in the FTEs they had.) Plus Ryoma could temper her idealism with realism while Kaede tempers his pessimism with optimism. I've tossed around the idea of a ship between them before and it's pretty solid if you like "opposites attract" type ships. Not my otp, but I think it's pretty cute.
what's your opinion on kaede, miu and kokichi as a friend group?
Kaede would totally hate Kokichi and Miu's antics. Swap Kaede with Rantaro because he actually thinks Miu is funny and might enjoy her comedic synergy with Kokichi.
There isn't a whole lot to it in canon, but I'd say it's hypothetically alright. Like it's not super god tier amazing or anything, but I don't see any obvious problems with them being together either.
Rantaro and Kokichi probably could've made a really good team during the killing game tbh. Both of them were reasonably wary and logical and it seems like the both of them were quick to pick up on the manipulation tactics that Monokuma was using against the group as well. Rantaro also canonly doesn’t mind Miu’s jokes, so I don’t think he’d be too upset with Kokichi’s either.
A random idea that comes to mind is "what if Kokichi was helping the group from the shadows while Rantaro subtly guided them in the open?" in a sort of good cop bad cop way.

He calls his youngest sisters “lil’ miss” whenever he’s speaking with them. Like, they’ll be struggling with something, like tying their shoes, and he’ll come over and say “Need some help, lil’ miss?” Or they’ll do something silly, and he’ll just put his hands on his hips with a small smile and say, “Lil’ miss, what are you doing?” And sometimes, he’ll call his other sisters “ma’am” if they ask him something.
