【 ♡ — THERE WAS nothing too perceptive about blake because he wasn’t someone who could easily understand what the other was thinking. the truth was that sometimes he didn’t even know when he was inconvenient and this all happened because he wasn’t very good at reading someone else’s features. however, this didn’t happen with charlotte as much as it happened with others. whenever bad something happened in her life, he always knew when it happened. perhaps it was because they knew each other for a while or only because his heart cared for her so much that he just knew it, but it was a fact that she was different from everyone else in his life. hands on the steering wheel while driving with no destination in mind, he took a quick look at her to make sure that she was alright. his worry was ready to come out but he also didn’t want her to feel pressured at telling him what was going on, so he decided to keep the words to himself and turned to look ahead again.

      it’s not surprising anymore...they always got paired up on projects because their names are close. at this point, nathan isn’t bothered by it anymore. at least he knows how good of a worker the other is. moving to the open seat beside the other he smiled. “well, it seems like they have paired us up once more.” he would joke and call it destiny but was it? their last names are close, they end up paired together. “if you want we can meet up at my place.” nathan thinks the last time they got paired up they went their place. meaning this time, it was to his place. “i will even make sure i have snacks around for you.” he jokes, flashing the other a smile. @rapdfires

leaning back against the bar, niko brings his glass of whiskey to his lips, eyes scanning the people around him. before long, they land on someone not too far away from where he’s stood, looking a little lost and more importantly, on their own ( though of course, that could just be temporary ). still, he makes his way over to them, soft smirk on his lips. “ come here often ? ”

CLOSED STARTER !   /  @rapdfires  .  —  with Yong Pal . //  based on this ↳ verse i .  — young surgeon able to always locate the source of internal bleeding. Working as a doctor during the day and as yong pal, helping injured criminals, during the night. With each favor he got closer and closer to the truth about the murder of his parents.

It was the night of the big gathering. He has been doing favors all this time to corrupted men in order to get invited to this party in this huge mansion. He had previously placed his cameras all around the place in order to be aware of the exact location of the file. And now that he actually knew it was the time of his life to simply snatch this file away and reveal the truth about his parents. He swirled the whiskey in his glass, listening to the chinking of the ice cubes, breathing in a fragrance that only years in an oak barrel can achieve. Already the worries of his day were beginning to fade, even before the first taste. When the liquid settled he brought it to his weather-cracked lips and let the amber fluid sit in his mouth a while before swallowing. He closed his eyes, dwelling only on the flavor. God it was good.

And let’s not forget on why he was here. It was midnight now and time for celebration — a toast by the host of the party. All of the attention was now towards his speech and this was the perfect moment for yong pal to sneak upstairs and grab what he came for. He hurried upstairs and to the last door on his right. The library. He mockingly laughed as he found out that the door was left unlocked. He entered the huge room and looked around for clues from the video his cameras had taken. He quickly found the file, it was perfectly packed in a leather folder with a different name on it in order not to raise suspicious. Just when he was about to leave the room, the door opened revealing a beautifully dressed woman. He instantly hid the file behind his back as he shot her a devilish smile.  ❝  what brings a beautiful lady like you far away from where the party is ??? ❞ he questioned.

     her eyes are staring intently at the fairness of her wrist, the pads of her fingertips gently brushing over the visible veins there. her mind at work with a bright idea that she turns to the other to voice, “should we get matching tattoos?” her eyes don’t remain on them for long as she lifts up her wrist for them to see, and her finger drum against the area she wants to place the tattoo. “i think it’d be cute.” she goes on, and the more she thinks about it the better of an idea it seems. her drunken mind completely taking over. “yeah..! we should get matching tattoos!”
