Sorbet with frozen berries LOW-CAL
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries ( what you like)
0.5 cup water or milk
honey ( if you like)
Directions:
Grind the berries with honey and one half of water (0.25 cup) in a food processor, and process until smooth. Put the blend of berries to freeze for half an hour. After take the bowl with blend and use a fork to scrape frozen puree into small crumbs to make a coarsely texture. Grind with the rests of water and put to freeze again but for one and a half hour.
This dessert is light and dietary. You will replace a sweet cake with refrigerant sorbet.
