Tamagotchi Connection V3 Password Generators Won’t Work on Tamagotchi Connection 20th Anniversary

RaTamaZone got their hands on the Tamagotchi Connection 20th Anniversary early and discovered that there will be some differences in this re-release. One of them is that the Tamagotchi Connection V3 password generator which would get you food, snacks, and items, will not work with the Tamagotchi Connection 20th Anniversary.

Ratamazone notes that when you boot the 20th anniversary you’re not asked for your username, which is what was used for TamaTown, rather you’re asked for nickname. Keep in mind the programming on this model is a mixture of the Keitai Tamagotchi and the Tamagotchi Connection V3! This leaves many more surprises to be discovered, we’re excited!

Barnes & Noble has Tamagotchi Connection on Shelves

The book store is coming through. This is the first time we’ve seen the Tamagotchi Connection on shelves in America! RaTamaZone was browsing their local Barnes & Noble store and recently discovered Tamagotchi Connection on shelves! Int he toy section under “Japanese Favorites”. What an incredible sight.

Tara Badie: We’ll Release 4 Tamagotchi Connection Shells Each Season

Tamagotchi Connection shells will be changing with the seasons, and we love that for us. We asked Bandai if we would see more Tamagotchi Connection shells, and they informed us that the shells will be updated consistently.

On a recent interview with RaTamaZone, Tara Badie confirms that the Tamagotchi Connection will get four new shells each season, for a total of 16 per year! Ratamazone also mentions there is quite the demand for the Melon Soda shell and he recently read our article about our conversation with Asaki Murakami.

Tara acknowledges that there fans at the grand opening of the Bandai Namco store in the American Dream mall asking for the Melon Soda shell. We have a good feeling about the #melonsodagate that we created! If this shell comes to fruition that will be huge!

RaTamaZone Details Tamagotchi Connection 20th Anniversary Differences

You’ve all been asking, and RaTamaZone delivered! The Tamagotchi Connection 20th Anniversary is a hot topic and fans are asking if there are any noticeable differences from the devices back in the 2000’s. Keeping in mind this is a mix of programming from two key versions, Ketai and Connection V3.

RaTamaZone has detailed the main differences in a comparison of the Tamagotchi Connection V3 20th Anniversary and the Tamagotchi Connection V3 from 2006. Some of the big items called out are the screen contract, amount of idle animations, passwords being different, and more. Oh, also RaTamaZone is debating if the sound is a bit different on the 20th Anniversary.

More proof that the programming on the Tamagotchi Connection 20th Anniversary is unique. RaTamaZone, a prominent member of the Tamagotchi community has tested Keitai specific passwords on the Tamagotchi Connection 20th Anniversary, and they do no work! That’s right, those passwords for items such as the Hello Kitty cuddly toy, soda, star, heart, soap, and more will not work. Tara Badie: We’ve Been Waiting for the 20th Anniversary of Tamagotchi Connection but Fan Demand Helped Get Connection into Retailers

In a recent interview with RaTamaZone, Tara Badie admits that the Tamagotchi Connection re-release was originally planned for the 20th anniversary. Of course fans have been asking for years, but the demand from fans really helped us get the Connections into retailers. It helped Bandai point out to retailers how interested the fans were interested in a re-release.
