i am so impressed with german kids currently. government wants to start doing mandatory military service again (got suspended in 2011 cause "oh shit our laws say woman and men have the same rights but we only force the men oh no"/really more like "we want a smaller but highly specialised army, get those noobs outta here")

anyways, now there will be school strikes all over germany on the day they want to sign the law and i am helping with our local strike and just - there are now over 90 cities that will strike on december fifth, this is so cool.

i'm used to our local antifa people doing stuff, i am not used to seeing random 13 year olds going "hey, where will it be, i want to be involved!"

is it not normal to talk to yourself in second person in your head? is that not something most people do? i straight up didn't even notice that katherines narration switched between i and you cause that's just how my thoughts work. in my brain when talking to me it's also often "we" cause it's me (talking) and me (being talked at)?

is this a case of "many people do that, just in context of the other signs of kathy being plural it also fits in as a detail to comment on" or is this a "yeah no most people really don't do that"
