The temporal spell aged the populous of Orphanheim to death, but it unpredictably mixed with the energies of Shyish. Those in their mid years, found their flesh falling away, but their will unimpaired. Unintentionally creating a city militia. The Bone Guard.

So that's the first 10 skels for my head canon city 'Orphanheim' where everyone older then 25 transitions to a state of undeath.
