How does one make Ravallumsonas?

I'm kinda really new to the Ravallum fanbase (and the Vtuber fanbase in general), and I occasionally see these fun sonas other fans make, and I kinda wanna make one, but I'm not sure if there's any sorts of guidelines I should be following? xuu (It's a silly thing to ask but I'm incredibly socially anxious and don't wanna embarrass myself too bad XDD)

Like, I wanna make a Dewsona, a Netherlingsona, a Roscalsona, and a Nixsona since those are Ravallum streams I've been binging, and I seriously need to know if there's a theme or a storyline I should be following, or if there's anything I shouldn't be doing, cuz I vaguely see a recurring pattern in other sonas I see, but I'm not sure what it is XDD

Also, while I'm at it, does anyone know if there's, like, a masterdoc for all the Ravallum lore? I am so so intrigued by the Ravallum lore and I want to learn more about it outside the character's initial lore videos, but I'm not sure where to find the rest of the lore and there are so many long streams to sift through, I don't think my ADHD brain can handle it :'DD
