Well.
Decided to start and finish my friends husband's evergreen agathis hat for the ravellenics.
11.5 hours of knitting later, here we are.

Is Ravelympics still a thing? In any event, I’m planning on watching a lot of TV over the next two weeks, and I have a goal of knitting 10 hats in that time. This is all part of a larger goal of knitting 100 hats for charity for the year. One down, 99 to go.

I love my handspun yarn. Not just because of all the work that does into making it, but I get the colour and WPI I want and use. These are my two resent yarns, both finished this year. For the green I already got a plan, a scarf/stole with another colour and some lace and shenanigans. With the red one, I'm still deciding, but that's just the first skein. The second skein will be started after the #Ravellenics.

Across the knitting finish line
Wow. It took every bit of spare time I had, and every single T-pin I could find, but my shawl for the Ravellenics is done! I wish I’d used a different color protective sheet on the blocking board, but oh well. You can tell by the blocking pins how big it is. For perspective, I used a 53″ diameter archery target for the blocking board, and I am 5′ 2″ tall.
