Moots, big day for me. A friend is coming over to see the house for the first time so I have to do so many chores.
making a list here to keep me on track for whenever i take a little break.
pick up the trash
take out recycling
organize dinnerware (we dont have finished cabinets and that's a whole ass story involving the previous owners/mold/and bad diy decisions on their part)
clean guest bathroom
clear off dining table
mop floors clorox wiped parts of the floor that needed it. dont @ me
tastefully organize bongs and pipes, and pre-fill cones for entertainment skipped the cones and went straight to ripping the bong and kosher wine ayoooo
set up the tv lost the remote but we had subtitles working for us when the volume was set at 4
pick up all the pet toys
sweep the porch too humid and muggy to do. it is decided.
put away everyone's shoes (why is this always my responsibility)
put hamper in washer to hide evidence/start laundry
open the windows and let the air filter do its magic
make early dinner got too stoned and munchied our way through the snacks. thank god for leftovers!
set out crafting tools in the event we want to diy stuff
set out the witch tools so we can play and sort through owl pellets and search for bones later
maybe build my vanity and bookcase if anything to get the boxes out of the way....unlikely to happen... yeah not happening
Fiancé has his own cleaning list so don't worry im not doing the whole house on my own.

2009 was the year I knew I was going to marry my childhood sweetheart. Call it insight.
We were silly teenagers in love at sleepaway camp. I was his first kiss, his first ILY. I used to doodle my signature with his last name, half knowing our summer romance wouldn't survive high school or college but I always held hope that the spark I felt with him would withstand time.
6 years later, we rekindled our romance and became attached at the hip again. 10 years later, 2 cats and a dog and a house between us, I couldn't be happier than with him. None of my daydreams or wildest fantasies could compare to when he dropped to his knee, the sweetest nervous look on his face (as if I've ever been able to say no to that gorgeous face), and asked me to be his wife.
