The Locusts describe 2 characters from each game, minus the first locust. It's Artorias or Solaire, Lucatiel and Felkin, Eygon and Irinia. Apparently there is also a line for Leonhard, but I have yet to hear this dialogue in game

@ravenglock I don't think that's necessarily true. I think the first verse refers to Anri, the second is orbeck, the third is Karla, the fourth is Irina, the fifth is Eygon(?), and the sixth is probably Leonhard or Kirk

One was a wayfaring knight, on an endless, forbidden search. Only the Abyss granted closure, if not reunion with his beloved.

I actually think this one is Alva, because in Dark Souls 2, he’s specifically called Alva the Wayfarer. He also fell in love with the Witch Zullie, and witches are apparently connected to the the Abyss, so this makes sense to me

One poor girl slew her own kin, but even so, was embraced, enveloped by the Abyss. Twas a comfort that neither moon nor sunless sky afforded her before.

This one I think is Sirris because the slewing her own kin could definitely refer to her killing her grandfather. Not to mention the line specifically mentions moon and sunless which are both directly related to her

For the rest of the verses, aside from Irina’s I don’t really have a clue ahaha

Right side are the covers for the "New Edition" release of the original Rozen Maiden manga. Left side is a fanmade "Enju Maiden" version of the right.

Enju Maiden is a fan canon for the og anime that gives Enju a set of 7 dolls (later 8) as counterparts for all the Rozen Maiden. They're based off dolls you see in Enju's shop. These pieces were made by Florescent Party, who was a promiment member of this fan canon. You can find more information on this on their wiki

36. Any bad habits?

Far too many, it’s infuriating! On a minor level I fidget a ton and this leads to things like picking at my lips and finger nails. On a grander scale I have a super bad habit of:

Approach New Thing -> Be Overwhelmed By New Thing, regardless of actual complexity -> have an anxiety attack and shutdown/extract from situation -> resign myself to never being able to understand New Thing.

Currently this is me with programming. I’m doing my best to get over it but seriously big props to all my comp-sci friends.

42. Are you okay?

Frankly? No! I’m running out of time to fix my issues with academia, as I’ll soon be done (hopefully by this time next year), and with next week being my final week of classes followed by exams, I have a lot of work to do. Got about 1/3 of a semester’s work to be done within this week. I also need to be studying my physics work, but the problem mentioned above doesn’t help me much there, either! To add to all that, money is seemingly always in the negative and things keep breaking.

I just have to be diligent and remind myself that this is temporary, despite how much I want to give in to my immediate thoughts of dread and despair. If only adapting to depression was as easy as recognizing the problem.
