talk about 9, 26, 38 ♥
"talk about" is a lot cuter than ask me
9: Talk about little things on your body that you like the most.
(I got nothing.)
26: Talk about things you do when you're sick.
(Ok so this is fucking stupid but when I was in middle school I used to read up a ton on Chinese herbal medicine because I had this stupid wish to heal people with food. But it was really dumb because tbh in the end you can’t act like you’re better than doctors and can’t heal severe illnesses like cancer or STDs with foods. Hey, I still thought it was fun to read about. And I did find that while it didn’t cure the conditions I had, some chemicals in the food helped soothe symptoms. My dad is a doctor so I learned a lot about picking up symptoms and such from him. Not only that but he tells me a lot about how to detect it all early and what to watch out for. If I have a stomach ache, I usually make okayu simmered with ginger and maybe some chicken or eggs for protein. Maybe I would add some green onions if I had a bit of a fever coming on. If I have a sore throat I’ll drink some tea with mint, ginger, and lemongrass. For colds I would brew some cinnamon, tumeric, lemon, and honey tea. Unfortunately, staying in sick usually isn’t an option for me. Kitchen life usually means that unless you’re dying you have to come into work every day. I can really only pray that i get sick on a day off and can get better before I go to work. Otherwise I’m forced to suck it up and not pass out in the middle of service. At least these things I mentioned earlier helped make things easier, even if it all tastes terrible.)
(But please do not use this sort of advice as the only means of treating illness. This is only for minor issues and such. Please seek professional medical help if you’re facing infections or more severe symptoms of illness. They studied very hard to help treat people. I promise they just want to help.)
38: Talk about songs that remind you of certain people.
(I don’t really remember people by songs so much as times of my life. And my taste in music is terrible lololololol. Sorry that sounds narcissistic, huh? I guess to be honest I never really had a group I hung out with until recently. I mean, sure I had some friends and I socialized, but there’s a difference between existing and belonging. But that’s not the question. I guess I can summarize by saying something like...)
High School: Anime openings and vocaloid.
Culinary School: Touhou remixes
Post Culinary Arts Schooling and Work: A shit ton of metal
Shitty RP group: A lot of opera and classical
Krissy: Lullabye by Billy Joel (Fuck you)
Jessica: The Emerald Bay theme from Sonic (FROGGY)
And that’s all I can think of. Is that good enough?)

Do you sell online via an online shop like etsy or storenvy? That could definitely up your profits a bit if you don't have any cons to attend/can't get into any artist alleys.
So far I haven’t tried selling anything online other than digital artwork commissions. I have a stupidly large stock of prints that just sits in my closet between shows. To be honest I blame my anxiety at being too scared to keep up with an online shop. The idea of having to try and get everything to the post office on time is uhh... scary as fuck. They’re particularly mean and nasty at the one close to me. But there’s also that my work schedule usually encompasses all of the hours that the post here is even open.
ANXIETY IS DUMB AND I AM DUMB.
