Raw bites with honey melon
Hi people! Let me introduce these honey melon raw bites to you. This could be done as a cake too, but for me this doesn’t look like a cake. So “bites” it is.
The recipe is for a big brownie pan (read: lasagne pan). So if you are planning to eat all alone in one night, you might wanna do only half of the recipe. And still feel sick because of eating too much.
And the recipe goes like this:
Base
3 dl oats
2 dl nuts
1/2 dl coconut oil (melted)
10 dates
honey (additional)
If you don’t have a proper blender: blend oats and nuts first separately. Smash dates with a fork and mix with oats and nuts. Use your hands for mixing. Then add the coconut oil (and the additional extra sweetener), and press the mixture into the bottom of a brownie pan. Place in the freezer while making the filling.
If you have a super good blender: put all ingredients in, press the button and use couple of minutes laughing at those suckers who don’t have a good blender. You just saved approximately 15min time having that blender. Then press the mixture into the bottom of a brownie pan and let it cool in the freezer.
Filling
4 banana
1/2 honey melon
1 lemon
4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla powder
Blend everything together and pour over the base. Let it sit in the freezer for at least couple of hours.
Enjoy!
