I topped them with chives, seasoned salt, and #nutritionalyeast YUM! ********************* Salad: Vegan #caesarsalad with #tempeh croutons and a dressing made from #rawcashews and silk tofu ********************** Soup: Simple blended #onion and #potato #soup ********************* Supper: This might seriously be one of the most incredible vegan meals I've ever made, even though it looks kind of sloppy! Vegan #macandcheese made with more raw cashews, #veggies, #nooch, spices, and liquid smoke. Oh. My. God. So creamy and good and #plantbased.
