美國同志平權運動鬥士米爾克（Harvey Milk）（取自網路）
美國海軍研究協會28日表示，海軍部長馬布斯（Ray Mabus）已經簽署命令，美國海軍將首次以同志平權運動人士為軍艦命名。這位開創歷史先例的人物就是美國政壇第一位公開出櫃、但英年早逝的政治人物米爾克（Harvey Milk），被命名的船艦則是一艘運油艦「哈維．米爾克號」（USNS Harvey Milk）。
