A retired assassin, Sofiya ran from Russia to Seattle with the hope of starting a new life. As with every other ordination of someone in the RCWP movement, we pray that one day the Vatican will acknowledge these women's calling. To deny their calling is to attempt to control the Spirit. We must have the courage to do God's will, not the Vatican's. Until that day comes, may everyone who is called to a vocation listen to the Spirit as it stirs in their hearts.
