I adore your art. Do you have any art prints of extinct birds aside from the Carolina Parakeet? I am collecting artwork of animals that went extinct in the anthropocene.

Glad you like it! I added a category of extinct birds to my shop . If there's something missing, let me know - I might have it and just overlooked it.

AVE (Avian Vector Encyclopedia) updates:

Avilist proposes splitting the European Robin to elevate two island populations to species status.

Also I added figures depicting four morphotypes to represent Steller's Jay diversity.

Days 25 and 28 of #migratorymay2026 - Bar-Headed Goose and Northern Wheatear.

The Bar-Headed Goose has been observed flying over Mount Everest and other Himalayan mountains.

"Wheatear" is derived from "White Arse"

Day 24 of #migratorymay2026 is #canary. The ominous looking contraption shown here is a cage meant to revive coal mine canaries after exposure to toxic gas. Many miners valued their canaries as pets and companions as well as sentinel animals and wanted to make sure they stayed alive.
