What an amazing evening last night!! The FAWM showcase and fundraiser was a super fun success!! Thanks to all who came out, preformed, enjoyed and donated!! Which is a national nonprofit dedicated to music education and therapy for kids in hospitals nationwide! Since 2014, they've provided over 2600 ukuleles to children's hospitals across the USA! Hey hey hey.... We all know yoga is a journey and with some consciousness sprinkled with patience, we achieve at some point. Yet it's not the destiny we are going for, but rather learning the joueney. And at some point, when you realize it can be achieved with practice, it starts to become effortless. I look forward to the next achievement of being able to get my knees closer to the pits. If only you KNEW how difficult it was to do lotus two years ago due to tight hips, let alone lift up passed the elbows, invert, then bring the knees back onto the triceps and lift up on my paws. Some days it can be difficult just like life, but we shouldn't give up.
