🌸 The Cookie Read-a-thon 🌸
The last few days were unexpectedly hectic so I didn't have much time for reading (hence the lack of an update)...
Plus there was a change in my original tbr plan because OBSIDIO ARRIVED EARLY!!!

Re-Read Rebel of the Sands by Alwyn Hamilton
Read Traitor to the Throne by Alwyn Hamilton
Obsidio by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff - 222 pages read
I'm pretty satisfied with that number considering both a) that I'm not a fast reader and b) the time I managed to spend reading!
While reading Gemina I kept spamming my friend (who has read the book) with my reactions and observations, sending her photos of the pages, and discussing every little detail about certain parts. I did the same while reading Illuminae and let me tell you it's a good outlet!!
BUT, problem is I got used to it, (only for this trilogy actually) and when I started Obsidio I desperately wanted to send her pics and talk about what the hell is happening! Now that's quite a problem considering a) Obsidio doesn't come out until the 13th, and b) my friend doesn't have the book yet and I'd hate to spoil it for her.
My solution: Sticky Notes throughout the book with my reactions!
This way, I get to vent (to a degree at least), and because I plan to give it her to read after I finish it, I know she's going to see them!
Anyway that was long and kind of irrelevant but I hate spoiling people, and I feel like I can't say anything about these books without spoiling something...
I have so many feels about the Illuminae Files people!!!
Alright, I'm not very coherent at the moment so I should probably stop...
