Was the letter meant for another day? Did someone else write this? Dread filled your stomach as tears pricked at your eyes. That is, of course, until you heard a familiarly teasing voice ring out. 'Darling!!~ I'm hoome!~' Fire spirit cookies eyes softened when he saw your sad expression. 'Darling? Is everything alright?' You stood for a few seconds in silence before hurtling yourself at him for a bone-crushing hug. She didn't mind if she would get burnt.

'I missed you..!' 'I missed you too, my little flame..' Your hand reached up to gently flick his forehead. 'Never leave me alone like that again.' He chuckled softly, kissing your forehead. 'I'll try, darling...'

•she would also invite her gang over to the family dinner, and oh boy how toothpaste almost got hit in the face by a shoe- he accidentally swear-
