Also just finished planning the workout that I will do tomorrow with @get-fit-or-fail! 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest for 3 rounds of different exercises. (We get bored easily - like to change it up!) 1 minute rest between rounds means 20 minutes in total 😀 It's looking like it might be a bit sunnier so we should be able to do it in the garden!
