Saw a ppt fanfic that I'm like 99% sure was written by someone who sees your art /pos it was great
Think you know which one it is cuz there's literally a part where Proto goes "I WANT PHOTOS OF KISSY MISSY COMMITTING WAR CRIMES"
(In case you don't know what fic I'm talking about it is named Fragile like porcelain)
Another part that was what made me start wondering this was proto tugging at Poppy's pull string and making her say "Perfect ! Thank you !" (Speaking of that I got another thought regarding that, being the idea of Poppy somehow getting it disabled or something cuz if I was her I'd probably get that thing cut off post hoj......damn that makes me wonder if it hurts when it gets pulled on + if she were to try to get it cut off)
she probably wanted to remove the damn thing the moment the thought crossed her mind BUT THERE WAS present risk in the uncertainty that maybe the string mechanism is like a Super Uber Important Part of her body 😭
the only way to remove/disable it properly would be through another operation (which. the only person capable of it atm is... [looks at the menacing glowing yellow eye in the dark]. hm. yeah not happening] OR outright bruteforcing it herself with whatever tools she can get her hands on
tbf the pull string seems made of like. fairly flimsy material. but idt it's wise to mess around with both the exterior & interior of a biological porcelain doll 😭 something that her closest friends (ollie & kissy) are vehemently vocal about (...in spirit for the latter ig lol). from what we know, it IS connected to her voice box & judging by the poppy maintenance tape, its structure is bloody business & mechanically operated so... maybe don't fuck around & find out for now 1007 😭
i imagine her two Very Concerned friends wrangled with her reckless decision-making for a good hour until she finally dropped it. we're shown she's very stubborn after all 👀 especially when it's related to a object/event of trauma. with how much the scientists most likely toyed with that particular part of her, she wanted it gone PRONTO
but it's best not to risk her body considering it's incredibly fragile & not even playtime co/1006 have figured out the full complexities of the "miracle" bestowed upon her by elliot
(also regarding the fic, it's really cool! would recommend — it's ludwig-sibs focused. i don't wanna assume the author did draw inspo from my art without confirmation, but if they did [which yeah 😮!! i can see the mentioned similarities] im very honored ^^
either way, i fw the fic HEAVY. very interesting spins from what i can recall from my time reading it. check it out hehe)
