fun fact: the first 10-15 minutes after waking up determines the lens through which you perceive your entire day.  

makes sense. 

but as someone who doesn’t hear their alarm until the third or forth snooze... 10 minutes is a BFD.  

but i mean if Ghandi can do it...  perhaps i can give it a try for a week
