fallen leaves and apple cider please?

fallen leaves:a scent that triggers a positive memory

cinnamon, yet again another thing from my mother (she’s been one of the more constant good things in my life) her absolute specialty is her homemade cinnamon rolls, like she’ll only make them maybe once a year, and if i smell lots of cinnamon she’s either baking them or she’s making her ornament dough witch is cinnamon mixed with applesauce! it makes this dough that we shape into ornaments for the tree, it dries and we decorate it and its another really positive memories for me

apple cider:a favorite comfort drink (alcoholic or non, either way)

I don’t know if I have a comfort drink? like I know most people would say tea or coffee or hot cocoa 

but I really hate hot drinks????

like being mormon till I was 16 fucked me up on that front cause its against the mormon religion to drink tea or coffee and in some regions(cough UTAH cough) they frown on you drinking ANYTHING hot (like cocoa or cider) unless its the dead of winter, so even though I haven't been mormon for a while im still not big on hot drinks, I hate tea in general, and I always let my coffee get cold before i drink it

but if it helps I really like sour green apple soda and strawberry almond milk I just wouldn’t call it a comfort drink
