well i don't have that many to be honest... there's the garden which i don't really use but it's good, there are some really good themes there, especially ones with unique features like popups and animations, some cost money but they're the minority. you can also look in the tags #tumblr theme(s) or #custom themes. this is a bit annoying because people crosstag and maybe you won't like the most popular ones on there but something a bit trickier i've done, it was how i found the theme i'm using now and some others, is looking at the themes of the people in the notes of the posts sharing themes, they may have older or rarer themes on. then there's some well known creators who don't post their themes on the garden, some of my favorites are glenthemes, ps1, joyfriend and noodles. i hope this was at least a little useful lol <3

Sorry it took me so long to respond, I just got very emotional when I started rewatching my favourite scenes. This show might be a disaster right now, but it’s still very special to me, especially the earlier seasons (which is the main reason why I have several favourite scenes from season 3, the best season imho, I literally had to restrain myself from choosing a hundred scenes just from season 3 alone ahahah)
You probably won’t know half of the characters in these scenes, so besides giving descriptions of my favourite moments I also included some context for the seasons I used (season 3 and season 6 mostly) + the videos so you could see who / what I’m talking about (I inserted videos as links, I hope everything works). I also tried to pick non-spoilery scenes, in case you ever want to watch the earlier seasons yourself.
Allora, cominciamo!
Season 3.
Like I said, probably my favourite season. It was chaos incarnate, there were so many absolutely ridiculous plot points, lots of moments where one would clasp their pearls, mouth aghast, sensibilities shaken… but we also had soooooo many different filming locations. If you think Il paradiso delle signore has a big budget now, you should have seen season 3, because at the villa we had a whole library, one more drawing room, and multiple bedrooms, al Circolo we had a tennis court, and also we had one more villa a Rapallo, multiple filming locations outside (like, actual Castello Sforzesco, il Duomo di Milano AND multiple different streets and street corners), we had a boxing ring, we had shooting grounds (with Adelaide shooting a hunting rifle like a pro, what an icon already from season 3), WE HAD A HORSE RIDING CLUB WITH ACTUAL HORSES AND ACTUAL TRAINING GROUNDS, we truly had it all, which is why the world in season 3 seemed bigger and more real. Furthermore season 3 gave me my favourite PDS antagonist + it concentrated a lot on family and friendships + in my opinion, it also managed to highlight the contrast between the vile and calculating world of nobility, filled with intrigue and based on interpersonal ties that are often maintained for one’s personal gain vs. the world of PDS employees, their friends, and their families, where sincere relationships bloom based on openness, love, and mutual care, where people are not afraid to open their hearts and follow their dreams, and where they support each other in moments of difficulty.
My favourite moments from season 3 are connected to everything I described above.
№1 is the New Year’s celebration scene (s03ep85). This is where the aforementioned contrast “nobility vs. non-nobility” truly shines for me, like, la festa al Paradiso is filled with laughter, warmth, happiness, and there is a cute song in the background, and then we have a scene with the Amato family and their friends, and it’s sincere and joyful – and then we get a glimpse of Circolo folks, and it’s not like they are miserable or frustrated, but I don’t know… it’s just the feeling that you get, that all of this is just one more act for them, it’s a playground where you have to wear a metaphorical mask to be perceived in a certain way. (Oh, completely off topic, BUT – Adelaide looks absolutely divine in that dress, so yeah, one more reason for me to like this scene ahaha).
№2 and №3 are scenes connected to the Guarnieri-Sant’Erasmo family. Like, for instance, this scene between Adelaide and her nephew Riccardo (that’s Umberto’s son) from s03ep80. A bit of context here: as Adelaide helped raise both Riccardo and Marta after their mother’s death, she sees them as her own children in a way, and Riccardo is definitely her favourite, he is her darling boy! And Riccardo loves her back, he loves his aunt unconditionally. While Marta was portrayed as her father’s favourite from the very beginning (and Marta had a pretty strained relationship with Adelaide in season 3), Riccardo was closer to Adelaide, often confiding in her and often protecting her from Umberto’s snarky comments . And the scene I linked above is one of my favourites between Riccardo and Adelaide, especially because we see a very fragile side to her. One more scene, where the whole family shines, is this one from s03ep74. It’s just very silly and light-hearted, I miss scenes like that from the the Guarnieri-Sant’Erasmo squad.
Aaaaaaaand we continue our season 3 extravaganza with this scene from s03ep17 where a girl named Roberta passes her engineering exam at the university. It might be a very simple scene, nothing grand, nothing special, but I adore Roberta Pellegrino as a character, and she is a wonderful example of someone who wasn’t afraid to choose an unusual dream for a girl in those times (becoming an engineer) and who consistently worked towards that dream through hard work and dedication. She is that type of people who work a full-time job (she is one of the shop assistants al Paradiso in seasons 3-5) AND manage to get maximum grades at uni + she is an incredibly sweet and kind person, she is a delight!
Last, but not least, here is this scene from season 3 (s03ep12) where Marta organizes a photoshoot / advertising campaign next to Castello Sforzesco (I think that’s Castello Sforzesco? Correct me if I’m wrong). Once again we have Roberta here (my best girl) helping Marta out. And I just love this scene for the pure joy it gives me! In general I love (and terribly miss) all of the fun photoshoot scenes we used to have in earlier seasons. I think it was from season 9 onwards that those scenes either became boring or disappeared at all, but in seasons 1-8 there were lots of scene like that, and the scene I included is a great example.
Okaaaaaay, my fangirling over season 3 is over (for now…), let’s move on to my second favourite season, which is season 6.
Season 6
Here most of my favourite scenes are connected to Flora Gentile. It’s no secret that I adore her (mi sento un po’ come Umberto Guarnieri perché Flora Gentile ha rubato il cuore anche a me). Moreover, season 6 to me is like a spiritual heir to season 3, the vibes are very similar.
My №1 season 6 scene is absolutely this scene in s06ep20 where Flora gifted Adelaide a hat that she had made… comedy gold.
My next favourite moment in this one in s06ep24 when Flora is working on her new collection at the cafeteria and is, in fact, panicking. I see a lot of myself in Flora, and this scene was probably the most “me-coded” Flora scene ever. (Also, am I the only one who would like to see Pietro Masotti and Lucrezia Massari play siblings in some movie or tv show? I think they would be absolutely fantastic as siblings, like, the sibling chemistry is there. I loved the relationship between Marcello and Flora in season 6.)
And as my third favourite scene here I will choose s06ep12 almost in all its entirety or, to be more specific, those several scenes where Vittorio was trying to convince Flora to work for him, and everywhere they went some hilarious things were happening. Once again, comedy gold for me!
An honourable mention – a scene (well, actually two scenes) from season 8 (s08ep106) where Marcello and Salvatore tried to write a love letter to help Armando out. I looooooved Marcello and Salvatore’s friendship (especially in earlier seasons, mmmmm, yes, the further the season the saltier I become lol… but I digress), these two idiots are the greatest as a package deal, and this scene is a perfect example of that, plus I couldn’t help including the continuation to that scene where Marcello shows the letter to Rosa. “Se sarà destino, le nostre anime cammineranno insieme come soldati in parata sulla Piazza Rossa”... Marcello is so stupid, and I love him very much.
Bonus content – some scenes for 3 of my favourite ships (because first and foremost I am a shipper with an armada of otps)
Barberasmo scenes (yes, I will keep holding on to them in my heart, they are still my biggest otp in this show):
this scene in s07ep45; honestly, I love how Vespa became one of the symbols of their love, and this is the scene that started it all, with Adelaide being sad because of Umberto (as usual) and Marcello trying to cheer her up with a surprise outing.
this scene in s07ep59, where Marcello fangirls (fanboys?) over Adelaide showing him Leonardo da Vinci’s “Last Supper”; I love this scene because it shows how much he admires her and how much he appreciates these moments where they can talk about their interests and learn from each other.
this scene in s07ep92; I love how Marcello defends Adelaide and doesn’t let anyone disrespect her.
Flora x Umberto scenes (yes, I am a part of that teeniest-tiniest side of the fandom that actually loved them together)

Vittorio x Andreina scenes (Andreina Mandelli was one of my favourite characters in seasons 1-3, and her and Vittorio were adorable together in season 2, friends to lovers of my dreams!)

per primo rispondo alla tua ultima domanda, cioè la domanda su delle lingue che parlo (e così la ragione per la quale il mio italiano è un po' goffo non sarà più un mistero): parlo tre lingue - la lingua russa (la mia madrelingua), la lingua inglese e la lingua italiana (ed è la lingua che non ho usato molto spesso fino a due anni fà, perciò se ho fatto qualche errore in questo post ti prego di scusarmi, spero che il mio cervello abbia trovato la grammatica e le parole giuste 😅)
e adesso rispondo alle tue domande sui barberasmo che sono i miei tesori più stupendi, mamma mia che belli, grazie per avermi mandato un ask su di loro due!!! e preparati per una risposta lunga perché posso parlare di loro per anni ahah
allora, si sono conosciuti già nella stagione 4, ma prima della stagione 6 non hanno avuto tante scene insieme, e si sono avvicinati solo nella stagione 7. la sua è una storia lunga ma molto molto bella. se vuoi, ti posso mandare la lista di tutte le loro scene! ho un libretto che ho deciso di intitolare little book of barberasmo dove scrivo i "timestamps" per le scene che hanno insieme in ogni puntata. così potresti guardare solo le loro scene in tutte le stagioni e conoscere la loro storia nel tutto il suo splendore 💫 è molto difficile per me scegliere momenti chiave della loro storia perché è piena dei momenti piccoli che insieme creano un ritratto bellissimo del loro amore.
le cose che mi piacciono di più della loro relazione è soprattutto la naturalezza con cui è successo tutto, la leggerezza e la felicità che provano quando stanno insieme, il fatto che si comunicano sempre i loro desideri, i loro dubbi e i loro dolori in un modo sincero e profondo. il loro amore è vero, splendente, unico, si aiutano e si supportano a vicenda, insieme si sentono amati, apprezzati e stimati.
parlando della bellezza dei barberasmo non riesco a non parlare anche un po' dei umbertaide (e di tutti i loro problemi). devo ammettere che l'idea dei umbertaide non mi sembrava così male all'inizio, ma dopo aver analizzato il carattere di umberto e dopo aver osservato il suo comportamento verso la contessa posso dire con certezza che umberto guarnieri è decisamente la persona sbagliata per adelaide. potrei fare una lunga serie dei discorsi sull'aspetto tossico della loro relazione romantica, ma per ora dico solo che secondo me l'unico modo di amare di cui umberto è capace non è l'amore di cui adelaide ha bisogno. l'amore di umberto è molto spesso l'amore ossessivo e codipendente, il sentimento in cui la passione per una donna si mischia con il desiderio per il successo finanziario e con la necessità proprio matta di controllare la donna in questione. purtroppo non è mostrato abbastanza nella stagione 9, ma le azioni di umberto nelle stagioni precedenti ci mostrano un uomo per il quale torturare e ingannare adelaide è una cosa assolutamente normale, un uomo che distrugge il cuore della contessa nella stagione 6 e che poi, nonostante essendo legato ad un'altra donna, non riesce ad accettare il fatto che adelaide potrebbe essere felice con un altro uomo (marcello).
così vedo la relazione tra umberto e adelaide come la relazione nata per l'abitudine e per la codipendenza tossica. al contrario il sentimento tra adelaide e marcello è stato nato in un modo inaspettato ma naturale, e la loro relazione è basata sulla sincerità e trasparenza ed è piena del rispetto e della cura reciproca.
i barberasmo si sono avvicinati in un momento molto difficile per entrambi: alla fine della sesta stagione adelaide ha perso umberto (e con lui ha perso anche un po' di se stessa) e marcello ha perso la sua ragazza che si chiamava ludovica brancia, e così entrambi soffrivano per l'amore. hanno cominciato a passare più tempo insieme perché adelaide, essendo l'amica di ludovica, ha deciso di aiutare marcello a conquistare di nuovo il cuore della giovane brancia. adelaide ha insegnato a marcello le proprie regole dell'alta società, gli ha dato l'opportunità di studiare il mondo di finanza all'estero e l'ha aiutato a navigare il mondo d'affari a milano come la sua socia. è stato un po' come la storia di pigmalione o di my fair lady. per adelaide è stata anche l'opportunità di vendicarsi di umberto bloccando il suo successo assoluto negli affari, per marcello invece era l'opportunità di mostrare a ludovica che anche lui aveva valore e prestigio - e così alcuni fan potrebbero dire che adelaide e marcello si sono solo usati per raggiungere i loro scopi, ma non poteva essere il più lontano dalla verità!!! la cosa che mi ha fatto innamorare dei barberasmo è il fatto che anche se il loro rapporto è cominciato come una specie di affare commerciale poi è diventato il legame verissimo e profondissimo perché hanno imparato a conoscersi meglio, nei momenti della felicità e nei momenti della tristezza, sono diventati amici, e poi un giorno hanno capito che le catene del dolore e degli cuori spezzati che li legavano ad altre persone non c'erano più, che il cuore di adelaide è guarito grazie alla luce che marcello ha portato nella sua vita e che marcello non è più torturato dei pensieri di non essere abbastanza ricco o abbastanza importante perché adelaide lo ama e lo accetta con tutto il suo passato e tutti i suoi difetti.
poi nella stagione 8 il problema principale è stato il fatto che adelaide aveva paura che marcello un giorno l'avrebbe odiata e l'avrebbe lasciata (perché adelaide è più grande di lui e non può dargli una vera famiglia con i figli ect.) - ma anche in questo caso marcello si è mostrato un uomo da favola e il vero principe azzurro pronto a lottare per il loro amore e a distruggere tutti i dubbi che hanno infestato la testa della sua amata contessa.
e la storia nella stagione 9 tu la probabilmente sai già 😅 quì devo sottolineare il fatto che il modo in cui gli sceneggiatori hanno deciso di scrivere umberto, marcello e adelaide nella stagione 9 mi è sembrato un po’ “out of character” se vogliamo paragonare la stagione 9 con le stagioni precedenti… ma questo è un argomento troppo lungo, e se elaboro su questa questione poi mi arrabbio tanto ahahah
e rispondendo alla tua domanda sulla speranza per i barberasmo nella stagione 10 - io direi di sì! la speranza è piccola, ma la speranza c'è! la cosa principale che mi dà questa speranza è che la storia dei barberasmo non mi sembra programmata sin dall’inizio della soap ma mi sembra la scelta razionale degli sceneggiatori dopo aver visto la chimica pazzesca tra vanessa e pietro in quelle cortissime scene che hanno avuto nella sesta stagione. nessuno potrebbe mai immaginare adelaide e marcello insieme nelle stagioni 4-6, si parlavano a malapena! e invece eccoli quì, già da tre stagioni. e questo secondo me è un buon segno. non uso i social a parte del tumblr e non so cosa sta succedendo nel fandom ma mi sembra che i fan dei barberasmo ci siano tanti e che la promozione del pds includa spesso pietro e vanessa come una coppia unita.
poi devo sottolineare il fatto che gli sceneggiatori hanno dedicato tanto tempo a sviluppare la storia di tancredi e rosa. non può essere il caso, dopo aver visto 1180 episodi di questa serie tv posso dire che la storia dei tancrosa sembra la storia endgame mentre i momenti tra marcello e rosa sembrano tipici momenti scritti per creare la tensione necessaria per una soap opera. anche se a volte scherzo che gli sceneggiatori o sono sadistici o ultimamente si stanno ubriacando, credo davvero che gli sceneggiatori del pds sono molto bravi. fino ad ora mi hanno delusa solo poche volte, e analizzando il modo in cui scrivono i barberasmo e i tancrosa per ora non vedo i momenti davvero pericolosi che potrebbero distruggere tutto. anche le anticipazioni che ho visto fino ad ora non mi mettono tanto in ansia, sembrano le anticipazioni normali per innervosire i fan.
l’altro problema è ovviamente umbertaide, e quì sì che sono stata sorpresa e delusa dal fatto che proprio umberto è il padre di odile (questo fatto non ha tanto senso dal punto di vista della continuità e coerenza, ma anche questo è un argomento lunghissimo per un altro post 😅). questo mi fà un po’ preoccupare, ma anche in questo caso preferisco sperare che gli sceneggiatori non sceglieranno la narrazione tossica e la storia d’infedeltà…
ovviamente c’è anche la questione pratica della produzione di questa soap. se magari per qualche ragione personale o pietro o vanessa vogliono lasciare la soap allora certo che gli sceneggiatori devono scrivere la fine della storia di marcello e adelaide. quì non sappiamo assolutamente niente, e spero con tutto il mio cuore che sia pietro che vanessa restino nella serie fino alla fine 🙏
avendo detto tutto questo vorrei solo ricapitolare che la probabilità di un lieto fine per i barberasmo è proprio 50% / 50%. la speranza assolutamente c’è, ma per saperlo con certezza dobbiamo aspettare la fine della stagione a maggio 2026 😅

about stranger things: el in seasons 1-4; hopper in seasons 1-2; steve in seasons 1-3; max in seasons 2-4 and 5 (kinda); dustin in seasons 2-5 (if we don't count the ??? epilogue). if i had to choose one of these i choose el. i think most of them faceplant (or blow up) 10 meters from the finish line in the finale. from other media i like evan hansen's (positive), needy lesnicki's (neutral-negative) and shauna shipman's (i can't wait to see just how much she will suck). oh and everybody in gravity falls because gravity falls is perfect.

there should be more byler fics that touch on the bestfriendstoloversism of their relationship, and also more fics that are period accurate. those two things (best friends to lovers and gay romance in the 80s) are like, the most interesting parts of the ship and people gloss over them in fics all the time and have them be totally comfortable with each other the moment they get together and talk about being gay like they're gen z gays on twitter.
i wish there were more videoessays made by people from these parts of the fandom, i get dozens of videos about stranger things recommended to me and i don't want to watch them because i know they're gonna piss me off (even though i love drew gooden i'm still not ready to watch his video on the duffers lol). hmm what else. this is unhealthy but i'd like to see more anger, more backlash. not like a tantrum like some were doing i mean i'd like to see more people explaining That Really Sucked and This Is Why. and It Matters.

ok i'm really bad with this question. i do have lots of headcanons but i don't understand what kind i should talk about. uhm. a big headcanon of mine is a el hopper is alive and well and her death was an illusion made by kali who is also alive and well and they escaped together :) and they're as happy as they could be running around city to city and el learns a lot about herself and the world. she can't go directly back to her friends for a while but she leaves them clues so that they know that she is okay and one day she'll manage to go back to them for good :,)
