Sixty-six percent of New Yorkers said they thought bicycle lanes were a good idea, according to the latest poll by The New York Times, with support highest in Manhattan.
“Everyone should be going in the same direction, and if we’re stopping, they should also be stopping and not weaving and bobbing in traffic, because it is a hazard for everyone else,” she said.
