well..... got some news yall

1. i talk to my doc today and got on some ant deprssed it helps with my anxiety too i am scared cuz i dont want to be a zombie but she said it want and i just so tried of being sad then happy i want to just be normal so i took a step.. 2. got some good news got some spandex shorts from walmart there like nike pros but a brand walmart sells but there cute and i love them... 3. i was going stop working out cuz when i got the weight lifting machine i was too tried to do my run and i beat my self up but my hubby keep telling me baby this is wat u want dont give up and i ant cuz i wanted this to be my lifesyle its ok to take breaks but dont beat my self up and i ant going . and yea thats my news i am about to do some yoga later on been a crazy day.

well i been lifeting half filed water jugs and today it was so easy to do 30 of my sets i did so i am going go with full jugs now yay so i pr myself and i am so happy cuz i am getting stronger each day:):)

ok i been doin my workout well i dont stretch  too good well after yoga i get stiff and today when i was lifeing my jugs i hurt something and my inner tights doin squats hurts and i need some good stretches  for all different kinds of workouts and just to stretch my whole body can yall help me?? plz

Thank you guys so much! I was really stoked about it today! And, I tried again later AND DID IT AGAIN! Woo! Twice in a row! Probably tomorrow I won't be able to do one, but celebrating today! :-)
