Now idk where I got it from, just been in my gallery decided to use it!. But here you go!

Sadly I was sniped on ebay but I want to share what I saw on auction:

Its a photo of Manfred von Richthofen with Heinrich Kroll and on the back its Richthofens handwriting saying:

„Kroll und ich am Zug nach unserem großen Fernflug. Kroll hat sich beide Backen erfroren.“

„Kroll and me at the train after our long distance flight. Kroll froze both of his cheeks.“

The date is February 9th 1917, and that was a time frame where Richthofen was on vacation, so the photo was probably taken after they flew back to Germany from the front lines.

Im super mad (crying) I was sniped though, because thats the first time I have actually seen Richthofens handwriting outside of his signature. This is also a new photo (as in I have not seen it before) so that shit would have actually been worth so much. If only I wasn’t so stingy and set my limit higher.
