headcanon that pikachu is an attention seeker and loves to snuggle up with red and blue to the point that the boys have a stupid rivalry over that too

red strolls up to blue's annoying ass but pikachu just hops to the other's shoulder and gives him the biggest puppy eyes and sparkly cheeks. blue is weak to it and gives him half of eevee's treats while scratching at his chin. red is just disgustedly but silently gazing at them at the side.

red tries to buy the same expensive treats for pikachu but no matter how hard he tries to show him that he can provide those treats too, pikachu is always pawing at blue's pants to get more scratches when they happen to meet.

blue is so smug about this because 'ha! even if you think i'm annoying your pokemon sure do love me! i'm just that impressive huh!' red wants to smack his mouth shut but pikachu does a little enthusiastic pump on his chest and chatters at blue, and it's so cute and adorable and irresitible because that's pikachu's way of saying 'yes! i work hard so we have a fun and challenging battle!'

and! that! is exactly how red feels too! battles with blue are so fun and exciting that red gets super pumped up and giddy every time he sees blue! pikachu feels the same too although more expressive and affectionate about it! 'good for him!!!' is what red thinks as he watches his two best friends snuggle up together, all of his annoyance suddenly nowhere to be found

Fankid Week Day 1: Family

February 10th is Roy’s birthday so I wanted to draw him celebrating together with his parents, Red and Green, his little brother Sage, and the family’s pokémon. Happy Birthday Roy!

Pokemon don't you dare retcon my headcanon of Red's Pikachu being the brother of Ash's Pikachu I worked really hard on this headcanon and you've had like 20 years to get into Pikachu's backstory but you never did anything let me have this please. It makes Red and Ash being cousins that much sweeter don't do this to me.

This took forever to get here, but I am so happy it’s finally mine!!

For those who don’t know, this card of Red with his Pikachu is a special promotional card with artwork by Ken Sugimori himself, celebrating his 20th anniversary doing artwork for the Pokemon TCG. You could only get this if you spent I think $100 at a Pokemon Center in Japan (or if you buy it off Ebay for way cheaper like I did)

I always love unique Pokemon cards, and this has to be one of the most unique and eye popping out there!
