i like thinking about transfem kiyoko. she figured it out pretty early, and likes to chuckle about the pictures of her as a little kid pre-transition. like y'know the "yeah it was very obvious" type ones. but she's still very quiet about being trans, because she feels a bit alienated from her peers because of it? i think she'd also be a bit self conscious about her voice as well.
when she meets yachi she's very happy to have a friend who's a girl (i also think kiyoko just generally has a tough time getting close to people) and then yachi comes out to her as ALSO being a trans girl which is a very great time for kiyoko.
HOWEVER! i also think about gnc kiyoko. like. appearing very feminine for years and feeling Wrong about it for unplaceable reasons. then one day she has to borrow daichi's jacket for one reason or another and can't get over the way it fits her and how she looks in it. and she finds a sense of freedom in that type of clothing and eventually opts for shorter hair and finds a new meaning for womanhood and just. i cannot articulate this any further as im now thinking so hard about her but just. consider gnc kiyoko.

(once again i still am not entirely certain what this question means so i am taking it as realizing their feelings are reciprocated)
i think kenma, for both of them, lets himself watch them more. at least consciously making the decision to. he gets a lot of joy from just seeing them and how vibrant they are, and knowing that his feelings are shared makes them feel less out of reach? so he can just. watch. without longing.
atsumu gets Even touchier with them. i think he was already pretty touchy with hinata beforehand, but not so much with kenma? the first few times he touched kenma (75% of which were unintentional and all of which were very close to the first time they met), kenma actually flinched, so atsumu kind of eased off on him because he thought kenma was really cute and probably thought that constantly startling him was not the best move. but when he learns kenma is okay with it? and enjoys it? atsumu is resting a hand on kenma at all times. lots of back pats (bordering on slaps), side hugs, and quick kisses for hinata.
for hinata, i can't say much changes for him? he was already very affectionate with them in his own way, although maybe he calls them more? like facetiming them while he's cooking dinner or just chilling around the house.

i'd say. hinata and atsumu team up. they write silly little notes on post-its and leave them around for kenma to find while the other two are at practice. when atsumu cuts up fruit for him and hinata to take to practice, he always sets aside some for kenma, and leave a post-it note on the container with a stupid fruit pun (i find you aPEELing. you're the APPLE of my eye. 大好キウイ (combination of i love you and kiwi. so daisukiwi)). he runs out of his own fruit puns on day 5 and has to start googling them and once he runs out of those he just starts putting hearts and stuff.
also not necessarily lunch but when hinata is in brazil he'll mail them little packages with handwritten notes (despite talking to them literally every day) that have snacks you can't get in japan and other things he's picked up that reminded him of them :] atsumu and kenma make it a whole thing whenever they get one of hinata's packages. they always open them together and videocall hinata. atsumu calls it their "unboxing videos."
ushijima hates air curtains (at least i think that's what the air wooshy things on grocery store and restaurant doors are called). he doesn't like the sound, or the fact that his hair tickle his forehead whenever he walks under one (he doesn't really use styling products, so his hair is very prone to wind ruffling). the most emotion displayed on his face is 0.2 seconds after he walks under an air curtain.
